Prices for salvaged vehicles vary widely based on the amount and/or type of damage the vehicle has incurred. The greater the damage to the vehicle, the lower the cost of the vehicle will be. Most vehicles with salvage titles typically cost around 30-50% less than those with clean titles. Other factors, such as mileage over 100,000, deployed air bags, or engine damage, can lower the price as much as 60%.
